All items sold in Ecolop.my are non-refundable and non-exchangeable!

Ecolop.my will take the full responsibility to replace the items that found not tally with the order details.

(This is only applicable to the mistake made by Ecolop.my’s employee, but not applicable to customer’s own mistake).

Once we verified the mistake is from us, we will request the customer to mailed back the item, or directly send it to our branches. We will immediately correct the mistake by processing the right item and delivery it as soon as possible. Ecolop.my promise that this process will not take more than 7 working days right after we received the incorrect items.

As to avoid this unpleasant event happen, Ecolop.my will always double check on the details and the quality of the items before we proceed and delivery it.

All Sold Items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


Hereby, Ecolop.my strongly advice our customers to double check on the order before the submission of the order.

(If you found any mistake in the order that had submitted the order, kindly contact us immediately. With the condition that if the order of the particular item have not proceed, we are happy to handle your request on amendments)

How to Calculate Shipping Fees

We understand that shipping is an extra cost for online shopper. We are offering FREE DELIVERY to WEST MALAYSIA customers.

Who spend minimum RM20 in most of the region!

For the EAST MALAYSIA customers, we will charge RM6.00 for delivery, Sabah/Sarawak delivery fees will be RM12.

However, Ecolop.my reserves the right to change the courier service company according to

the delivery location and the weight of the goods.

Delivery Policy


We do our packing job daily. We will send out your order on the next working day once your artwork confirm,

and we received the payment of your order before 3pm.

Our official working hour: Monday to Saturday (10am to 7pm)

Express service* order will be ready in one hour from the time we received your bank in slip (*applicable for self pick up only)

We might delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem.

For urgent order, please remark in your order form so we can try our best to do special arrangement for you delay.

If happen that your ordered item is out of stock, we will try to contact you for the delay delivery.

However, in certain condition, we might refund to you directly without prior notice.

For Poslaju Services in Malaysia, normally you will receive your parcel in 1-2 Working Days depends on the delivery location.

We do facilitate delivery directly to your loved ones or to a different address. Please provide the appropriate shipping information at checkout.

After sending out your parcel, we will inform you the tracking number by your contact email.

If you are not receiving your parcel after 2 days (delivery within Malaysia), please contact the courier company directly.

If you have given us an invalid or incomplete address or contact number and causing the parcel to be returned to us,

we will not in charge on the shipping for resending the parcel. You will have to pay us the additional charge to resend the parcel.

Product Quality Control

Every item when done, we will double check the item to make sure in good condition & correct.

If the item have problem, please inform us immediately Our customer service line is +6016 5676 769

If the problem is our mistake, we will redo & resend within 1-2days. Customer need to send back the item for us to check the problem.

How to Make Payment

Ecolop.my offers variety of payment options for your convenience.

After filling up the billing information and shipping information, you will be asked to choose 1 of the following method:

  • Offline Payment (Manually Bank In)
  • ATM transfer
  • Bank In
  • Online Payment with most of the bank provided online banking  (under construction and coming soon)
  • Visa / Mastercard (under construction and coming soon)

If you select ATM Transfer or Bank In as your payment method, please transfer or bank in the total amount to our Bank Account.

Bank account will be able to found in the web page, while making payment.

Inform us once payment is done

Please inform us by email or fax once payment is done to avoid any delay in delivery. Please include the below information in your email:

Payment Bank: Public Bank

Payment Time: 1/1/2013 02.30pm

Amount: RM150

We will verify your payment in the short time. Once verified,

we will update your order as confirm we will process your order immediately.

How to Trace Your Parcel


After we delivered your goods, we will email you the courier tracking number.

You can trace the delivery status in Pos Malaysia Website by keying in the tracking number.
